Our client active in the banking sector is looking for a Customer Service Officer.
Description
Your mission:- You ensure day-to-day contact with our end customers;
- You are the first contact point for our customers;
- You provide correct answers to our customers questions.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor degree;
- You have preferably an experience in Customer Service;
- You have strong spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and French;
- You have a strong interest in finance and banking (products);
- You have a good expertise in MS Office;
- You are strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented;
- You are quality minded;
- You have a commercial spirtit;
- You are able to work independently;
- You are stress resistant and flexible;
- You have a analytical approach
