As a Buyer & Delivery Officer with a leasing company, you will be responsible for procuring vehicles and coordinating delivery to customers. You work closely with suppliers and transport companies to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time and in good condition. You will also ensure stock levels are maintained and keep records regarding purchase orders and deliveries. This role requires good organizational skills, communication skills and an eye for detail to ensure the entire process runs smoothly.
Description
- Follow up orders from request to delivery. This can involve from a wide range of products: cars, bikes, loading solutions and accessories.
- Perform and/or monitor each step in the process as well as ensuring proper communication to all parties involved, verification of promotions with dealers, verifying that the car was ordered from the right dealer, ordering the charging stations and their installation, verifying that the customer received the car properly, etc.
- Following up & anticipating complaints that may arise throughout the process.
- Feedback to the concerned person if actions are required. Handle the administrative processing of a complaint in the system so that our field service colleagues can follow up with our suppliers.
- Invoicing and checking invoiced amounts from our suppliers.
- As a buy & delivery officer you act as a point of contact between customer and suppliers as well as a person who deploys the know how regarding vehicle knowledge and product knowledge within the account team.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree.
- Very good knowledge of both national languages Dutch and French + knowledge of English.
- A first work experience is a plus.
- Accuracy & stress resistance.
- Empowerment & sense of responsibility.
- Interest in the automotive sector & mobility solutions.
