Your profile

What we're looking for:

• Passion for sales: an unbridled enthusiasm for business relationships, with a burning desire to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers (HR professionals or business managers), and to understand their specific needs. Also to excel in your tasks a good knowledge of French, Dutch or English is required.
• Proactivity and Innovation: a spirit of initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to business challenges.
• Team spirit: willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Experience in HR or services: experience in human resources or B2B services is a plus, but we value your potential and motivation above all.
