Talent acquisition advisor

Description

  • In collaboration with management, you define the profile sought and determine the recruitment strategy and procedures to be implemented.
  • You manage all stages of the selection process: intake, drafting of job offers, screening of applications, organization and debriefing of tests, selection interviews, organization of assessment centers, reference checks, salary negotiations, etc.
  • You proactively search for suitable profiles via job boards such as Linkedin, social networks and other direct search techniques at your disposal (hunting).
  • You support and advise managers throughout the selection process.
  • You are the owner and respect and apply the various stages of the recruitment process.
  • You carry out all administrative tasks related to recruitment (encoding, responding to internal and external customer requests, pre-contract administrative follow-up).
  • You act as Project Manager for various recruitment-related projects.
  • You actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
  • You will regularly monitor, analyze and interpret Talent Acquisition data, and prepare regular reports.

Your profile

  • You have initial experience in recruitment.
  • You speak fluent French with a good knowledge of Dutch and English (minimum B2).
  • You have a master's degree in human resources.
  • You have excellent expertise in approaching candidates directly on Linkedin.
  • You are customer and candidate oriented. You put them at the heart of your concerns.
  • You're empathetic, human and quick to identify different profiles objectively and without prejudice.
  • You are passionate about recruitment and the social interactions that go with it.
  • You multitask and work in an unpredictable environment.
  • You excel at giving negative feedback.
  • Digitally agile, you've already worked with different ATSs and are quick to adapt to their use.
  • You are rigorous and structured; working in a procedural environment with administrative tasks linked to recruitment doesn't scare you.
  • You are able to manage the entire recruitment process independently, while keeping your stress level under control.
  • You are familiar with the STAR interview technique.
  • You have experience in project management.
  • Knowledge and interpretation of Hudson and/or Cebir test batteries is required.
