Description

• You position yourself as a specialist in the recruitment of external consultants or you are willing to build a thorough expertise in this field;
• You search for suitable candidates through our database, various external job sites, job fairs, and networking. Websites like VDAB and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
• Through thorough and quality in-depth interviews, you immediately identify if the candidate fits the desired consultancy profile;
• Being in daily contact with our clients, you are best equipped to meet their staffing needs and build a long-term relationship;
• Once you have built your own portfolio of consultants, you monitor projects with the client and actively seek out the next project as the end date approaches;
• You manage consultants' careers as a true HR advisor, through year-end evaluations, training programs, salary negotiations, etc.;
• You are strong administratively: publishing job vacancies, collecting a plethora of documents for contract signing, tracking timesheets and leave planning, creating an Axis Projects CV, etc. – you dot the i's and cross the t's.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have one or more years of experience in recruitment;
• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree and you have a passion for Human Resources;
• The consultancy world intrigues you: the combination of recruitment and project follow-up with the client is the best of both worlds for you;
• You have an excellent command of Dutch or French and you speak English fluently;
• Thanks to your business mindset, you prioritize performance;
• Your friends describe you as a determined individual and a true team player who can take a hit;
• Lastly, you work autonomously and results-oriented, you have a commercial flair, and you are highly flexible.

• Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
