Description
- As a Business Consultant, you have the opportunity every day to make a difference in people’s lives by finding the perfect match between our clients’ needs and your consultants’ expectations;
- You search for suitable candidates in our database, on various external job sites, at job fairs, and through networking;
- After an initial phone screening, you schedule an in-depth, high-quality interview during which you determine the best match between the candidate’s expectations and the client’s requirements;
- Once you’ve built your own portfolio of consultants, you’ll monitor their projects at the client’s site, and as soon as the end date approaches, you’ll proactively seek out their next assignment;
- You manage consultants’ career paths as a true HR advisor, through year-end evaluations, training programs, salary negotiations, and more;
- Through daily contact with our clients, you understand their recruitment needs better than anyone else and build long-term relationships with them;
- You have strong administrative skills: from posting job openings to gathering documents for contract signing, to drafting interview reports, you pay attention to every detail.
Your profile
- You are an expert in recruitment or human resources. We would be delighted to train you to manage your own portfolio of consultants;
- Results-oriented: a strong motivation to meet and exceed your goals, with a positive and persistent attitude;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your role, fluency in Dutch and French and/or English is required;
- Proactivity and innovation: the initiative and ability to propose creative solutions to challenges in the job market;
- Team spirit: a willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
