As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the HR processes within the Retail department. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategic HR initiatives that contribute to the growth and success our Retail department. This is an operational role where you will be directly involved in day-to-day HR activities.
Description
- Support daily HR operations and act as first point of contact for Retail employees and management.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Advise the management team on HR strategies and personnel issues.
- You will have a thorough knowledge of HR principles, labor law and best practices.
- Conduct evaluation interviews, follow up PIP trajectories, ...
- Preparation of all kinds of documents such as contracts, registered mail, ...
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules.
- Carrying out ad hoc projects and tasks.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent level of thinking.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the Retail sector.
- You are fluent in Dutch and can express yourself well in English and French.
- You have a thorough knowledge of HR processes, labor law and best practices.
- You are an excellent communicator and can work effectively with different levels within the organization.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and can cope well with changing circumstances.
- You have experience with HR software (SAP SuccessFactors, HRAccent, Protime, ...) and a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- You are willing to work in Knokke once a week.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 5500
