Description
- Actively seek suitable technical candidates, primarily technicians, for various positions within our company, using creative and innovative search strategies;
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the recruitment process for technical positions with a focus on a positive "candidate experience";
- Manage candidate contacts and build strong, lasting relationships with management, focusing on understanding business needs and conducting market research;
- Work with management to understand and meet specific recruitment needs for technical positions.
Your profile
- Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process and human resources practices, with particular emphasis on the recruitment of technical profiles;
- Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of Dutch;
- Experience in sourcing profiles through various channels and networks, with a focus on proactivity and innovation;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including a results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering quality talent;
- Flexibility to travel regularly to our Brussels office and be present at our sites, with the possibility of telecommuting (2 days for a full-time job);
- Good command of administrative follow-up in the recruitment process;
- You can work autonomously and enjoy being part of a team.
