As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the best technical talent for various positions within the company using innovative strategies. You will work closely with management to understand specific recruitment needs.

  • Actively seek suitable technical candidates, primarily technicians, for various positions within our company, using creative and innovative search strategies;
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the recruitment process for technical positions with a focus on a positive "candidate experience";
  • Manage candidate contacts and build strong, lasting relationships with management, focusing on understanding business needs and conducting market research;
  • Work with management to understand and meet specific recruitment needs for technical positions.

Your profile

  • Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process and human resources practices, with particular emphasis on the recruitment of technical profiles;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of Dutch;
  • Experience in sourcing profiles through various channels and networks, with a focus on proactivity and innovation;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including a results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering quality talent;
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to our Brussels office and be present at our sites, with the possibility of telecommuting (2 days for a full-time job);
  • Good command of administrative follow-up in the recruitment process;
  • You can work autonomously and enjoy being part of a team.


  • Monthly salary indication: unknown
  • As a consultant, we offer you a permanent contract with the following benefits;
