Description
We are looking for Young Graduates or people with initial experience who are ready for a first or new challenge as a Consultant within the insurance industry. You will attend an intensive 1 week training where you will be immersed in the insurance sector. Beyond the technical knowledge, soft skills that you will need as a Consultant will also be covered. After this intensive week you will join our client where you will start working as an Insurance Consultant within the life & non-life departments within claims.Your profile
You will find yourself in the following characteristics:- Communicative: You are preferably bilingual and have knowledge of English. You communicate sufficiently fluently in both national languages, both orally and in writing. You can report findings in a clear and understandable way.
- Independent: You take initiative and can work autonomously in managing your processes and procedures. You can organize and plan your day according to priorities.
- Accurate: You work precisely and accurately. You like working with figures and know how to analyze them.
- Cooperative: You like to share your knowledge with others. You look for solutions that are acceptable to everyone.
- Enterprising : You are proactive and dare to ask questions. You bring new ideas and you are not afraid to share your opinion.
