For one of our clients operating in the banking sector, we are looking for a Legal Advisor. As a Legal Advisor, you will be primarily responsible for providing legal services and support for all activities of the Payments & Accounts department.
Description
- You will be primarily responsible for providing legal services, particularly in the following areas:
Fraud Competence Center.
- You will monitor developments in relevant legislation (Payment Services Act, PSD II, IFR, PAD, etc.), as well as interbank agreements (Regulations).
- You will provide support to the Complaints Department, the Ombudsman Department and the Fraud Management Department for the activities you supervise.
- You will provide support to Sales and Services, and more specifically to the branch network.
Your profile
- You have experience in payment services, contract law and money laundering.
- You are analytical, quality-oriented, autonomous and independent. You are customer-oriented, communicative, flexible, punctual, stress-resistant and a team player.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French, as well as a good knowledge of English.
