Collector Front End

Are you communicatively strong and motivated to help customers reduce late payments? Then the Collector Front End position is perfect for you! As a Front-end Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers with arrears by phone. Apply now and make a difference!


The main activity of the Front-end Agent is to contact customers, who are in light to moderate arrears (1 to 2 monthly repayments), by phone in order to motivate the customers to reduce their arrears through payment promises. The payment promises are entered into our tool.

These telephone contacts also aim to:
  • To remind about the payment arrears ;
  • To propose solutions to avoid new arrears and maintain a good relationship (e.g.: direct debit, standing order, etc....) ;
  • Obtain information to understand the cause of the delay ;
  • Explain the operation of the relevant products (current account, credit card and personal loan).
Calls take place during office hours Monday to Friday, and there is a VCP system to reward good performance and teamwork.
