  • You are the fixed point of contact of the customers and this both by phone, mail and through our app. You try to solve their questions autonomously and in a customer-oriented way.
  • You are responsible for the physical reception and professional guidance of the customer or prospect at the office but also at events organized by the office.
  • You will also provide commercial support. As the first point of contact you will be able to recognize buying signals and pass them on to the account manager. You ensure a daily proactive agenda planning with customers and prospects that you have received through prospecting, lead management, customer contacts and follow-up events.
  • Furthermore, you support the account managers by a correct, timely and accurate execution of administrative support tasks. You offer the right service according to the profile of the customer.
  • You process and/or check customer data for completeness and accuracy in our files and systems.
  • The colleagues in the office can also count on you for all practical work and office-related matters.

Your profile

  • You are an enthusiastic and driven (Bachelor/Master) who feels good with frequent customer contact. With your commercial flair and willingness to listen, you always find the appropriate solution for our target customers (entrepreneurs and liberal professions) in a professional manner.
  • You dare to call customers proactively to propose solutions.
  • Prospecting does not scare you.
  • You like to keep learning. Digital tools and change do not scare you.
  • You are action oriented and need a varied and challenging set of tasks.
  • You can set the right priorities and plan your day independently.
  • The working language for the position is Dutch with a passive knowledge of French.
