Management assistant

Our client, a private equity investment company, is looking for a Management Assistant to assist and support the CEO in Brussels. Our client is headquartered in Brussels, with offices in Paris, Munich, Milan, Madrid, Amsterdam and Luxembourg.


  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Circulate and file administrative documents
  • Manage private administration for the CEO
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Frequent contacts with very senior people (i.e. investors, shareholders, C-level people of participations, board members, advisors)
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and in all regions
  • Design and maintain databases (including investor relations CRM system)

Your profile

  • The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in Office Management, in Multilingual Business Communication or Languages and has minimum 2-3 previous experience as an executive assistant.
  • Language: perfect knowledge of English, French, and Dutch.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility

  • Initiative, judgement and decision-making ability
  • Confidentiality and integrity
