Help Desk Informatique Financier

Our client, a private bank based in Brussels, is looking for a Financial IT Help Desk to provide customer support for Internet applications and the back office. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work in a team, with possible travel to branches. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual French - Dutch expert with a degree in IT and help desk experience. If you're organized, quick on your feet and have an excellent sense of customer service, this is the job for you!   • As part of the Brussels-based IT department, you will be in charge of customer support for Internet applications and internal support for back-office applications.
  • Your role also includes daily monitoring and control of production on IBM eSeries and Microsoft Windows (printing, backup, incidents, etc.) and network.
  • You will work in a team and may be required to travel to our branches.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch.
  • With a degree in IT, you have at least one year's experience in a call center/help desk role.
  • You work quickly and accurately, and are rigorous, organized and able to summarize. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
