Description

Global Operations Services (GOS) is responsible for handling and monitoring all services, in order that the Portfolio Managers are able to manage daily their portfolios.

The Reporting and Data Services team, as part of GOS, is responsible for:

• Collecting, producing and validating required data in order to produce all the internal & external reporting.
• Reporting and all the associated matters including policies, guidelines and tools. Ensure the activities within the defined scope are carried out in a precise, timely, efficient, controlled, and risk-aware manner and answer to all specific queries from (internal) clients and prospects.

The team is organised around 4 main pillars:

• Data services, which ensures a centralized management of data availability and correctness on time for reporting delivery
• The Reporting @ Scale team is responsible for the reporting Production, coordination & Dissemination of the Industrialized Production
• The Performance Analysis & Custom Reporting Solutions team is responsible for the performance attribution, GIPS activities & the reporting Production & Dissemination of the Customized Production
• The Reporting Delivery, Evolution & Process team is the dedicated team managing the projects related to reporting & data activities, change and evolution but as well in charge of the Transversal Activity Monitoring & Process Improvement

Within the Performance Analysis & Custom Reporting Solutions team, the Custom Reporting Specialist provides specialist support to portfolio managers of the Investment teams by:

• Producing high-quality custom client investment reporting for the Investment teams that does not meet the standardization requirements to be produced by the Reporting Factory on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis within the agreed deadlines.
• Acting as a point of support for general reporting queries that arise within your scope.
• Working together with the Data Services team, the Reporting@Scale team and the Reporting Delivery, Evolution & Process team to implement new reports/ processes & further optimize existing processes/reports.
• Standardize production where possible and make sure this activity is transferred to the Reporting Factory where possible. If the activity is transferred: follow-up and oversight of the standard reporting production done by the Reporting Factory based in Asia, by keeping track of the production schedule, ensuring the contro

Your profile

• University degree in finance or economics or equivalent by experience.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages, especially French, are a plus
• Excellent theoretical knowledge of financial products, performance analysis of funds
• Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Outlook, …) and of specific IT applications used in daily activities
• Knowledge of programming language is a plus
