Description
As manager of a network of independent brokers specializing in life insurance and mortgages, you will be responsible for the following:- Ensure the profitability and growth of your network of brokers by ensuring that they meet business and premium targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to promote our products and services.
- Work closely with brokers to offer quality support to our customers, helping them to set up and manage their contracts.
- Work from regional centers to benefit from the support and resources you need to succeed in your mission.
Your profile
- You have solid sales or management experience in the insurance or finance sector, preferably in Life.
- You have a university degree.
- You are customer-oriented and results-oriented. You are able to negotiate and convince at a high level.
- You are an excellent communicator, dynamic and have great empathy for others.
- You are fluent in French and have a working knowledge of Dutch.
