Description
As a Data Manager responsible for our client’s data management, your tasks will include:- Acting as the main liaison for users, guaranteeing the excellence of services rendered, such as fraud monitoring in insurance claims and assessing the risk profiles of clients;
- Managing and operationally applying specific tools within the organization of the users
- Ensuring that the tools align with our client’s objectives and meet the needs of end-users.
- Monitoring and analyzing tool usage, proposing solutions to increase adoption;
- Contributing to the development of new services and tools, including problem analysis, specifications, testing, and information sessions;
- Representing our client in meetings with various partners (insurance companies and external providers) and promoting their services;

Your profile
We are not looking for an IT expert, but to excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and characteristics:- Higher education and demonstrable experience as a service provider in the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of BOAR (Fire, Accident, Other Damage, and Theft) insurance is a must.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch and French and passive knowledge of English.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Contact-friendly and diplomatic.

Offer
Our client offers the following benefits:- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 5500
- Fixed salary depending on experience.
- Thirteenth-month bonus and vacation days.
