Description

As Sales Support, you will provide support to the consultants in our client's Brussels office. Your primary focus will be on following up on their prospecting and production files:

Working together within a team environment, supporting your sales colleagues on a daily basis;
Ensuring that the database is extensively updated to allow for accurate reporting and an up-to-date status on all pending cases;
Manage administrative tasks related to files and proposals, collaborating with other teams or internal departments to optimize client file management;
Respond to customer inquiries received via phone or messages;
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, forwarding these opportunities to your sales colleagues;
