We are looking for an experienced professional in Mortgage Credit to lead a team of six. It is not necessary to have leadership experience. So it may be your "next step" in that sector. Language skills are very important, so we are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of both Dutch and French.

Description
- Managing and leading a team of 6 credit analysts
- Ensure that the daily influx of requests is handled in accordance with customer service requirements
- Oversee the preparation of loan proposals for the client servicing credit committee
- Manage and animate the relationship with the servicing client
- Provide coaching leadership to the service to achieve service and departmental objectives
- Provide direction by interpreting and concretizing the company's vision and policies within own area of responsibility towards service and departmental objectives
- Achieving the result agreements made by operationally managing the service, with an eye for productivity and efficiency
- Focus on the servicing customer by looking after customer relations and requirements (via the Account Managers) with a customer-oriented attitude
- Control and manage risk by implementing controls and monitoring quality and continuous improvement
- Provide accurate management reporting and information to support management decisions
Your profile
- You are an expert in mortgage credit analysis
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French, have knowledge of English and are communicatively strong
- You have a bachelor degree and a good knowledge of MS Office
- You are analytical, proactive and can see the big picture
- You dare to make decisions and you have commercial skills
