Senior HR Officer
Our client, active in the financial sector, is seeking to recruit a Senior Human Resources Officer with a generalist profile. The position is permanent, full-time and based in Brussels.

Description
- Coordinate the implementation of the HR objectives and development of tools and processes to harmonise and facilitate the HR operations;
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems (soft and hard HR);
- Handle the recruitment process, in collaboration with the HR Support Officer, and implement the Employer Branding & Sourcing approach;
- Lead HR projects related to development of soft HR or to specific HR topics;
- Coordinate the development, monitoring and implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes;
- Oversee the payroll & time management process and compensation and benefits framework;
- Coordinate the HR budget and the audit & risks reviews
- Provide input and/or back-up support for any HR-related activity (payroll, time management, benefits, etc) in collaboration with external suppliers (Secretariat Social) and for staff daily request.
Your profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Human Sciences or similar;
- Proven experience in activities/projects related to “soft HR” (min 7 years) and in hard HR
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Proven experience as mentor or team leader
- Ability to work with HR platforms, IT applications, etc
- Knowledge of Belgian Labour/social legislation
- Analytical skills and helicopter view
- Open-minded and solution-oriented

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Sense of confidentiality and professional integrity
