For a leading actor active in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Claims Handler Property.
Description
- You manage complex claims (from A to Z) with significant financial stakes.
- You have regular telephone contact with brokers, insureds, adjusters, etc.
- You draft any type of letter (such as refusal, expert mandate, request for additional information).
Your profile
- You have experience in property case management (Retail or Corporate).
- Your mother tongue is French (good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
- You show an interest in technical files in the field of property insurance.
- You are fluent in oral and written communication.
- You are customer-oriented and capable of quickly understanding the customer's needs.
- You possess an analytical mind.
- You have organizational and planning skills.
- You are a team player and open-minded.
- You are responsive and have decision-making skills.
