As group insurance administrator, you are the point of contact for all questions from the clients entrusted to you (large companies and SMEs) about their group insurance. In addition, you will administratively process new contracts and process any changes that need to be made. An individual training plan is provided with on-the-job training and a personal tutor so that you learn more about group insurance step by step. Description
- Building expertise in group insurance. You can provide appropriate answers to all kinds of questions you receive regarding group insurance.
- You are point of contact for the questions of brokers and clients regarding their group insurance. As these clients are large companies and SMEs, you are mainly in contact with HR services. You will have your own client portfolio for which you are the contact person. You will build relationships with these clients and provide good service.
- Manage and prepare new business for the clients entrusted to you. You analyze the accepted offer and process it in the systems.
- Preparation of regulations. You draw up a contract based on the agreements made in the quotation.
- Handle mutation requests for your own client portfolio. Example; employee receiving a salary adjustment, going on time credit, working part-time, leaving employment etc.
- Managing complaints in a customer-oriented manner
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor or master degree preferably in a financial, insurance or economic field
- Experience within EB/group insurance is a plus
- You can work fluently with the PC and have knowledge of MS Office
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good command of French
- You are a team player, analytical, eager to learn, you work in a precise and structured way and you can work autonomously
