  • Based on the prepared quotes and coverage confirmations, the policies or inserts will be
prepare or check incoming policies and inserts from third parties for accuracy
  • Preparing the necessary applications and reminders in the absence of correct incoming
policies or inserts;
  • Ensuring that policy data and inserts are entered into our IT systems in accordance with
applicable guidelines and deadlines, in order to ensure efficient and correct administrative
  • Inputting premiums into our IT systems, according to the applicable guidelines and deadlines,
and checking the correctness of the premium discharges before sending them to the brokers.

  • Checking and adjusting premiums for the portfolio for which you are responsible,
before they are sent to brokers and/or clients on their premium due dates;
  • Ensuring optimal data quality in our IT systems of the files for which you are

  • Provide administrative support to the Property team;
  • Answering questions from brokers and/or clients.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or relevant experience in file management Non-Life;
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French with good knowledge of English;
  • You can work fluently with Microsoft Office and IT tools in general;
  • Communication skills and punctual.
