Description
- Based on the prepared quotes and coverage confirmations, the policies or inserts will be
Checking;
- Preparing the necessary applications and reminders in the absence of correct incoming
- Ensuring that policy data and inserts are entered into our IT systems in accordance with
follow-up;
- Inputting premiums into our IT systems, according to the applicable guidelines and deadlines,
sending them to the brokers;
- Checking and adjusting premiums for the portfolio for which you are responsible,
- Ensuring optimal data quality in our IT systems of the files for which you are
- Provide administrative support to the Property team;
- Answering questions from brokers and/or clients.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or relevant experience in file management Non-Life;
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with good knowledge of English;
- You can work fluently with Microsoft Office and IT tools in general;
- Communication skills and punctual.
