Senior Payroll Officer

A prominent firm in the industry offers crucial administrative support to clients looking to invest and operate securely on a global scale. Our comprehensive services encompass accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration, compliance, and entity management to facilitate success in the global business landscape.


  • Work closely with the Payroll team to manage payroll activities for both company employees and a client base;
  • Develop expertise in processing payroll while ensuring compliance with pay regulations;
  • Verify proper application of compensation and benefits for all employees;
  • Ensure data accuracy according to tax and labor laws;
  • Verify and manage payroll documents and reports, including new hires and departures;
  • Generate monthly reports for Finance department;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and offer high-quality service;
  • Assist employees and clients with payroll inquiries;
  • Represent the firm’s payroll services in client meetings.

Your profile

  • Degree in a relevant field;
  • Over 5 years of pertinent work experience;
  • Familiarity with payroll procedures in Luxembourg;
  • Understanding of legislative and statutory requirements;
  • Proficiency in Apsal;
  • Strong Excel abilities;
  • Outstanding written and spoken English, with fluent French communication skills.
