Description
- Collaborate closely with Audit Partners and oversee a varied client portfolio;
- Manage and supervise audit projects efficiently;
- Lead the team during fieldwork tasks;
- Ensure timely completion of engagements aligned with client deadlines and quality standards of the audit methodology;
- Monitor engagement profitability and adherence to budgets;
- Foster trusting client relationships through regular communication;
- Address client needs proactively and establish yourself as a trusted advisor;
- Drive growth of the client base through proactive and professional initiatives;
- Contribute to client's growth and reputation by promoting services and representing the company at external functions;
- Contribute to thought leadership through article writing, seminars, and participation in internal and external forums.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Business School, ideally with audit or control specialization;
- Certified public accountant and/or Réviseur d'entreprises (or in progress);
- Minimum 7 years External Audit experience, focusing on Private Equity and Real Estate, preferably in Luxembourg;
- Fluent in English;
- Organized and precise in work;
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adept at managing unexpected situations;
- Talent for training, motivating, and developing employees, defining success through team achievements.
