Description
- Manage diverse client portfolio;
- Lead and oversee audit engagements;
- Manage team during field work ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines;
- Ensure engagements are profitable and monitor budget adherence;
- Focus on team success through training, motivation, and development;
- Build and maintain client relationships based on trust and proactive communication;
- Promote BDO services and represent the company at external events;
- Contribute to company's growth through writing articles, holding seminars, and participating in working groups.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Business School, preferably with a focus on audit or control;
- Certified public accountant or working towards certification;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in External Audit;
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or Luxembourgish is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to handle unexpected situations;
- Detail-oriented and organized in all aspects of work.
