Description

As Admin Support, you will be responsible for the daily management of insurance policies. Your main duties are :
  • providing administrative support to the brokers
  • Processing of data
  • preparing contractual documents (policies, appendices, insurance certificates, etc.)
  • policy summaries and management in internal systems
  • making policy changes, preparing new inserts and informing customers
  • answering questions from customers

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (Insurance, Logistics Management or Business Administration)
  • You have at least 5 years of administrative experience in the insurance sector
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, stress resistant and meticulous.
  • You are organized and good at setting priorities
  • You are eager to learn and quickly master new material
