Administrative Support Automotive Insurance

For our client's enthusiastic Auto & Transport team, we are looking for an administrative administrator for CMR/transportation insurance until at least December 2024. In this role, you will be responsible for the follow-up and adaptation of insurances related to freight transport (CMR). You will receive the necessary induction time and training from your colleagues on the work floor, attractive working conditions and who knows, maybe a permanent contract at the end of the interim period.


  • You manage the administration of the CMR insurance policies. You draw up certificates, request data from brokers and clients and take care of additions, adjustments and cancellations of the insurance policies.
  • You are a point of contact for brokers, both by phone and email and help to ensure good customer service.
  • You work closely with your colleagues from Underwriting, Sales and Management on a daily basis and together ensure good teamwork.

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor degree (preferably in economics or insurance)
  • You are interested in the insurance industry and want to learn more about it. Previous knowledge or experience is a plus but not a must
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position
  • You speak and write fluently Dutch and English. You can also speak a bit of French
  • You are a strong communicator and can explain insurance concepts in an understandable way to your customers
  • You can work accurately and correctly and keep to agreed deadlines
  • You are a team player. You always share all necessary information with your colleagues and take care of the weekly permanence within your team.


  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
  • Temporary position through December 2024, option permanent
