Our client, active in the banking sector, is looking for motivated, customer-oriented young graduates for the position of Banking Products and Services Advisor.

Description
- Respond to a range of customer queries about banking products and services;
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, and either conduct a distance sale or set up an appointment for the branch network;
- Propose solutions to optimize Service Center operations;
- Participate in projects to improve existing processes by contributing creative ideas.
Your profile
- You are customer-oriented and service-minded;
- You guide and advise our customers with a strong commercial sense;
- You are comfortable on the telephone and have excellent interpersonal skills;
- You are stress-resistant;
- You are motivated and a team player;
- You are willing to work flexible hours, including Saturday mornings;
- Very good knowledge of Dutch/French;
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
