Description

As Internal Sales, you will have a coordinating role and provide proactive and client-oriented support to the Real Estate Account Managers.
In this way, together with the Account Manager, you will achieve the realization of the Real Estate Lease growth strategy.

Core assignments:
  • As Internal Sales, you will be expected to research and evaluate potential prospects or sales opportunities based on various sources
  • You will support the Account Manager in the sales process by gathering relevant client information, pre-analyzing and preparing the dossier.
  • Preparation of offers, contracts and follow-up of files.
  • Preparing commercial notes to the credit committee ( financial analysis)
  • You organize and coordinate cooperation with other departments.
  • You supervise the credit allocation process and contact clients for additional information upon request from the analyst or Account Manager.

Your profile

  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Flexible in approaching various tasks
  • Accounting, tax and/or legal knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial analysis
  • Team player
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch with good knowledge of French
  • Able to function independently within a small group
  • Plus points include some knowledge of corporate credit, interest in real estate, interest in taxation.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4500
