Description
As Internal Sales, you will have a coordinating role and provide proactive and client-oriented support to the Real Estate Account Managers.In this way, together with the Account Manager, you will achieve the realization of the Real Estate Lease growth strategy.
Core assignments:
- As Internal Sales, you will be expected to research and evaluate potential prospects or sales opportunities based on various sources
- You will support the Account Manager in the sales process by gathering relevant client information, pre-analyzing and preparing the dossier.
- Preparation of offers, contracts and follow-up of files.
- Preparing commercial notes to the credit committee ( financial analysis)
- You organize and coordinate cooperation with other departments.
- You supervise the credit allocation process and contact clients for additional information upon request from the analyst or Account Manager.
Your profile
- Good verbal and written communication
- Flexible in approaching various tasks
- Accounting, tax and/or legal knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Team player
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch with good knowledge of French
- Able to function independently within a small group
- Plus points include some knowledge of corporate credit, interest in real estate, interest in taxation.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4500
