Our client, active in the energy sector, is actively looking for a Payroll Expert.
As a Payroll Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing a team of payroll administrators. Your mission will be to guarantee a high quality, fast and accurate service, ensuring employee satisfaction. You will actively participate in technical development, working closely with the Payroll Operations Manager to continually improve internal services and procedures.

Description
Technical expertise:You will be the main point of contact for all technical aspects of payroll management.

- Responsible for key processes such as Shopping MyFlexReward and the allocation of Warrants and Stock Options in collaboration with the Comp & Ben department.
- Identify, analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Support the payroll team in their specialization and skills development.
- Provide detailed explanation and technical feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and propose solutions to Payroll Operations Manager.
- Reinforce knowledge of payroll management tools and ensure their transcription into internal procedures.
- Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement by implementing initiatives with the support of the Payroll Operations Manager.
- Replace team members in case of absence (vacation/sickness/training) following established job descriptions.

- You have experience in payroll management.
