Description
- Accurately follow up that we properly receive the documents prepared by the insurer;
- Preparation of documents (policies or appendices) according to the instructions received from the Broker;
- Inputting policies and appendices into the central computer system (general data, invoicing, coverage, insurers, regularization, etc.);
- Monitoring that the documents are signed by the client and the insurer, after verification by the Broker;
- Booking term premiums and cash premiums;
- Processing premium deviations;
- Managing and following up on coverages to be temporarily renewed (with the Broker's approval);
- Management and follow-up of administrative changes to be made to contracts (name change, address change,...);
- Autonomous management of simple travel insurances;
- Autonomous management of Special Events, Group Travel, ...;
- Premium adjustments (other than AO);
- Issue standard certificates;
- Follow up the receipt of certificates issued by insurers;
- Drafting mails and letters;
- Making copies, scanning;
- Filing (paper and electronic), filing;
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Tracking mailboxes;
- Follow up the due date file for own files as well as for the files of the Broker he assists;
- Provide telephone permanence in case of absence.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree (Office Management, Business Administration, Insurance...);
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French;
- You like analysis and figures and are precise;
- You are strong in administrative follow-up and master MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) very well;
- Besides being dynamic, you are eager to learn, stress-resistant, and know how to get things done;
- You have good organizational skills and can prioritize well.
