Description
- As a customer advisor, you are the customer's point of contact and help them move forward;
- You are able to provide your clients with the best possible service and through your advice you can help them bring their projects to fruition;
- You are part of a dynamic team within the agency where teamwork is essential;
- You play an active role in the development and image of the agency at the local level.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree;
- Dynamic and willing to learn: you are committed to developing your skills, with the necessary support where needed;
- Social: you sense of service and communication skills contribute to an optimal customer experience and strengthen the team spirit within the bank;
- Proactive and efficient: in consultation with you Office Manager, you take initiatives to ensure the commercial success of you branch;
- Organized: you independently manage the tasks assigned to you;
- You are fluent in Dutch.
