In recent years, our client active in the insurance industry experienced strong growth. To support this growth, they are looking for a driven claims manager. You will be responsible for the follow-up of claims files and assisting customers.
Description
- As a claims management consultant, you will assist customers in handling their current claims files.
- You work independently: you open the files, collect the necessary information, keep customers informed of the progress of their file and liaise with our customer
- Of course you can always count on the support of your experienced colleagues
- You help the customer with all their insurance questions about their existing policies
Your profile
- You have a bachelor or master degree preferably in Finance and Insurance or you hold a PCP certificate
- You are a real team player, together we stand strong
- Fluent in dealing, empathic and customer-oriented work are your strengths
- You dare to take initiative, are result-oriented and are fascinated by the technicality of the insurance products
- Continuous learning is not a problem for you
- You dare to propose suggestions and ideas
- Precision and orderly work are second nature to you
- You work fluently with the computer and have a good knowledge of MS office
- A good knowledge of English is a plus
