• You will provide customer service by answering customer questions and requests.
• When providing financial advice, you will help customers choose the right financial products to suit their needs.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting customers with any issues.
• Your responsibilities include various administrative tasks, such as processing customer information and preparing reports.

Your profile

• You have a degree in economics, business administration or finance, or equivalent experience.
• You have strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to listen carefully to customers' needs.
• You have basic financial understanding and commercial skills, so you can advise customers on appropriate financial products.

You have good language skills in Dutch, French and English, which is considered a plus for this position.
