As part of a small team, and after a training period, you will be responsible for the various recruitment phases:- researching positions in the fields of finance, banking, insurance, administration, human resources, marketing, etc.
- preparing advertisements for job boards
- managing and following up applications with our customers
- conducting interviews
- selecting candidates
- You develop a relationship of trust with your candidates and clients, providing them with a high value-added service.
Your profile
- At least 3 years' higher education in Human Resources
- You have a good general culture and are good at interpersonal relations.
- You have an interest in the financial, insurance and human resources sectors.
- You are fluent in French and English. Fluency in another language would be an advantage.
- Good office skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Team spirit, versatility, autonomy and responsiveness are among your qualities.
