Commercial Department Project Manager

Description

Purpose of your position: Lead and follow up projects according to customer needs, required business transformation and technological innovation.

During the preparation phase: focus on project definition and preparation in collaboration with customers and internal experts:

• Examines (intake) project requests from the program management committee.
• Identifies customer and stakeholders.
• Reviews objective, impact, cost, desired end product, requested deliverables and services with stakeholders.
• Validates business needs, functional and technical validation of requested solutions.
• Prepares project plan according to known project methodology.

During execution phase: focus on coordination of project delivery :

• Monitors the project plan, scope, budget
• Coordinates all activities, communicates and coordinates with all stakeholders
• Organizes workshops with external parties
• Organizes all testing activities
• Identifies and manages all risks
• Periodic project reporting
• Coordinates roll-out and commissioning of the project

After implementation phase: focus on follow-up and improvement of the project

• Documents after-care of project implementation and any improvement actions/ lessons learned
• Assists in budget closure (invoicing) of project, communication internally & externally with various users

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking and/or credit sector
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French. You have knowledge of English
• You are organizationally strong, know your priorities and work in a structured way
• You have strong social skills and a commercial mindset
• Your previous experience allows you to work autonomously

• Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 6500
