Description
As an Art Insurance Back-Office Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on administrative tasks related to art insurance policies. Your responsibilities include:Billing and Financial Management:
- Generating invoices for art insurance premiums.
- Tracking payments and ensuring accurate billing.
- Managing financial records related to art policies.
- Handling claims for damaged artworks, cars, valuable objects, ...
- Calculating reimbursement amounts.
- Coordinating with clients and underwriters.
- Monitoring policy compliance.
- Updating policy details as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Interacting with collectors, museums, and institutions.
- Providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
Your profile
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:- Bachelor in insurances or first experience in the insurance sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and great basic knowledge of French.
- Accuracy is crucial for financial tasks and policy management.
- Professionalism and clear communication skills are essential when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
