Description

  • To support the deployment of the Technical Framework with Network Partners (NPs), you can create detailed guidelines and provide training sessions to ensure that all NPs understand and implement the framework effectively.
  • When analysing and approving quotations and pricing referrals within the GEB Underwriting referral framework, you should review the information thoroughly, consider any risk factors, and communicate clearly with the relevant teams before making decisions.
  • Directing GEB Regional Offices on underwriting and technical topics involves providing regular updates, conducting training sessions, and being available to address any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Steering the implementation of transversal projects to enhance underwriting processes requires strong project management skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating the implementation of a solid claims management process involves working closely with internal stakeholders and NPs to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Implementing technical actions on specific portfolios and steering portfolio management strategy requires a deep understanding of the portfolios, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Driving pricing excellence involves staying informed about market trends, conducting regular reviews of pricing assumptions, and being open to innovation in pricing strategies.
