Description

  • Manage the payroll process for your client portfolio and oversee the quality of service provided.
  • Ensure the accuracy of salary calculations and verify the integrity of the calculations.
  • Handle the setup of client employment contracts, staff registration, and regulatory declarations with competent authorities.

Your profile

  • Possess a BTS, DUT, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Have 1 to 5 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security, and payroll tax.
  • Exhibit precision, strong analytical skills, and comfort with numbers.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Operate autonomously, prioritize deadlines, and excel in customer service.
  • Fluent in German and English; French and Luxembourgish language skills are advantageous.
