International mobility Officer
Our customer, a leader in the energy sector, is actively seeking an International Mobility Manager. Through your work, you will guarantee quality support for international movements, taking into account :
- The importance of respecting deadlines at every stage of the process: movement instructions, payroll instructions, interviews with those concerned, ....
- the complexity of complying with internal administrative rules and legislative changes
- The need to find creative solutions to multifaceted problems.
Description
For your area of responsibility, you will be the point of contact for :Expatriates and impatriates for all issues relating to their mobility before, during and after their assignment.
- For expatriates, you will :
- present the conditions of expatriation to the employee,
- organize the departure of the employee and his/her family, if applicable,
- remain the employee's employer contact,
- manage payroll and tax operations (with the support of an outside firm),
- oversee the billing/rebilling of expenses.
- organize the arrival and reception of the employee and family: accommodation, school, bank, administrative formalities,
- manage relations with the employing subsidiary,
- validate expense claims in compliance with internal rules,
- draw up purchase orders for external services,
- manage payroll and tax operations (with the support of an outside firm),
- organize operations linked to the return to the country of origin.
- removal companies,
- relocation companies (for accommodation and administrative procedures),
- firms specializing in employee taxation.
- Meetings on topics relating to employee movements
- Projects, presentations and studies relating to international mobility rules.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Law
- You speak French, English and Dutch
- You are a team player and a critical thinker
- You have a sense of customer service
- You are familiar with SAP, Excel and Word;
- You are rigorous and numbers-oriented
- You are organized and reactive
- You're a self-starter
- You are flexible, available and sociable
- The ability to analyze and solve problems linked to the various situations experienced by expatriates and impatriates.
- Ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines. Knowledge of, or interest in, legislative aspects specific to expatriation.
- The ability to listen and communicate effectively with expatriates and impatriates, as well as with the various Human Resources departments.
