Description
- Assistance in negotiating for the issuance of bonds, loans;
- Assistance in negotiating for acquisition, creation of real estate companies, leases;
- Participation in PPP projects (public-private partnerships);
- Coordination with law firms/specialized consultants;
- Follow-up of "disputed case" files when a counterparty defaults;
- Follow up on the execution of already signed legal contracts;
- Representation of our client within the board of directors of group companies;
- Monitoring the Corporate Life of the group's subsidiaries.
Your profile
- You have a degree in law; a specialization in economics is a plus;
- You are able to negotiate contracts in Dutch, French and English;
- You have professional experience at the bar, in a corporate finance department, a business law firm or a legal department of a company;
- You have an interest in the financial markets and the corporate world;
- You have an analytical and critical mind;
- You are autonomous, but also have good social skills and the necessary team spirit.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 7500
