Financial and administrative adviser

Description
- Research the preparation of inventory management, crisis management and transition management policies;
- Contribute to the development of the corporate plan, orientation report and other strategic
budgetary aspects;
- Report on monthly and quarterly closings to SPF Economie, BOSA and BNB, as well as on stockholding obligations;
- Follow-up on the financial aspects of contracts;
- Preparing all types of payments and monitoring indexation;
- Procurement of goods and services from our customer through public procurement, e-procurement;
- Management of an external accounting firm;
- Point of contact for automation and financial software;
- Prepare and guide auditors in the annual audit process;
- Provide advice on mandatory legislation on oil stocks, oil crisis policy, public procurement, etc;
- Contribute to the development and updating of the business continuity plan;
- Contribute to the development and updating of administrative and operational
- Establish and maintain the necessary contacts.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law (with specialization in economics/energy), economics (with specialization in law/energy) or public management. Or bachelor's degree with additional practical experience required;
- At least 5 years' professional experience in finance, administration, law or government management;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge and experience of Mercator, PDO and ERP systems an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and very good knowledge of English;
- Problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Curious and willing to take the initiative.
