As a Transformation Manager Corporate Insurances, you will play a crucial role in the effective management of administrative tasks within our client's organization, working closely with brokers to ensure smooth team operations for corporate insurances for mid-sized companies. Your attention to detail and proactive nature will be highly valued. Your key responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with brokers to manage administrative tasks and maintain efficient communication processes.
- Accurately managing and processing data related to policies, clients, and other important information.
- Summarizing policy information in a clear and concise manner for better understanding by brokers and clients.

Your profile
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the corporate insurance industry is required, showcasing a strong understanding of the sector.
- Previous experience as a project manager, team manager, or change manager is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must to effectively communicate and engage with clients and stakeholders.
- The candidate should be enthusiastic, dynamic, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and can-do attitude.
