Description
As a Management Assistant, you support our lawyers administratively. The range of tasks is varied and includes:- Preparation and follow-up of the invoicing procedure.
- Follow-up on lawyers' legal obligations (such as bar obligations).
- Organisation of meetings, both internal as external, and travel management.
- Ensuring that all documents look pristine with impeccable layout.
- Calendar management for our lawyers.
Your profile
- You have a previous experience in a similar position. Experience in a law firm is considered a plus.
- You are a fluent communicator: you have an excellent level of Dutch and can work in English and French too, both written and spoken.
- You are fluent with the common MS Office tools.
- You are someone detail-oriented, service minded, discrete and diplomatic
- You are also organised, proactive and with a professional mindset
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4500
- A gross salary based on your experience.
