Description
As a Senior Property Claims Manager with our client, you will be responsible for:- The complete management of own claims files from initial notification to reimbursement and closure of the file, whether or not following the exercise of recourse;
- Preparing and discussing claims statistics in support of the production department with a view to renewing policies;
- Regular meetings with fellow claims managers with the aim of sharing and gaining knowledge;
- Giving feedback to all colleagues involved regarding the interpretation of policy conditions following a claim and possibly proposing updates to policies in order to better align them with policyholder activities.
Your profile
- You have a Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch & English and a good knowledge of French;
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex claims in Fire or Property.
- You are accurate and have strong analytical skills;
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and are service oriented;
- You are eager to learn and open to innovations;
- Motivated and stress resistant are traits that characterize you.
