Description
- You will have to draft, set and negotiate the insurance terms of new risks, actively monitor and defend your portfolio; in the context of files with high financial impact, you will have to ensure efficient risk management and contribute to the achievement of profitability and growth objectives;
- You will work with a more junior Underwriter on the same portfolio to do regular follow-up and participate in the development of your tandem partner.
Your profile
- You have a master's degree in law, economics or equivalent through experience;
- Experience in contracting labor accidents is an asset;
- You have an excellent command of Dutch;
- You are analytical and you can interpret statistics in a critical way and draw conclusions related to your activity;
- You have a good command of Excel;
- You are precise and you have an eye for detail;
- You are passionate about the technical-commercial aspect;
- You have mastered the technicality of the matter but you are also a smooth negotiator and you can communicate assertively and commercially, to defend the interests of your portfolio and guarantee its profitability;
- You are a challenger! You like to analyze and question procedures and existing working tools;
- You are flexible and you want to grow in your role as a contract closing agent;
- You have a good team spirit, which is essential in the learning process and proper distribution of the workload.
