Commercial Wealth in Life Insurance

As a member of our Wealth client's sales team in Luxembourg, the sales representative will work independently to expand a portfolio of intermediaries, brokers and agents in the Belgian market, while working closely with other departments in the company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in life insurance, and an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. The contract will be a salary split, with one day in Luxembourg and four days in Belgium.

Description

  • Be an authority in the field and continue to develop technical (financial and asset) credibility through external communications, events and professional presentations;
  • Develop sales action plans in conjunction with the Sales Director;
  • Develop strong relationships with intermediaries such as family offices, bankers and major brokers;
  • Implement sales action plans by gaining market share;
  • Be a "thinking partner" in the development of the company's commercial strategy;
  • Be able to present projections and results at strategic committee meetings;
  • Share expertise with support functions and support them in the development of their customer services.

Your profile

  • Master's degree;
  • At least 5 years' financial and asset management experience in a similar position;
  • Must be fluent in Dutch and French; any other language would be an advantage;
  • Be autonomous in developing a customer portfolio;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to convince and deliver on commitments;
  • Action and results-oriented: resilient, perseverant in achieving objectives;
  • Able to face and resist challenges and pressure;
  • Respect confidentiality;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Be dynamic, enthusiastic, positive and a team player;
  • Mastery of standard office tools (MSOffice).
