Description
- You handle contracts and maintain professional relationships with clients and brokers.
- You take on the full management of complex files and act as a point of contact for your colleagues in complex problem analyses.
- As a coach, you are the point of contact for new colleagues and guide them in their learning process.
- You play a leading role in project groups to optimize customer satisfaction and productivity.
- You participate in drafting work instructions and ensure proper documentation within the team.
- In exceptional cases, you visit customers together with the Account Manager to negotiate file management and propose technical solutions.

Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have knowledge of Excel and have mathematical analytical insight.
- You also know your way around Powerpoint and easily create annual presentations to support your sales colleagues.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in life or hospitalization insurance, preferably for professional clients.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (writing and speaking without mistakes) and a good knowledge of French.
- You can communicate in a customer-oriented assertive manner.
- You can plan and organize your work autonomously.
- You are particularly helpful.
