Our client is looking for a strategic, experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to accelerate transformation and continuous improvement.
Description
In this context, the Transformation Project Manager assumes two key roles:- IARD Stream Manager, acting as the main link between the transformation and the teams (IARD Management, Distribution Management, customers, IT teams). As IARD Stream Manager, he is responsible for understanding the context of the IARD Department, supporting the definition of the transformation plan, securing implementation, escalating risks, ensuring governance and managing flow changes;
- Project Manager, responsible for project preparation and execution. He/she ensures stakeholder alignment, collaboratively defines the project, composes a team, understands the business process and IT solution, manages the schedule, coordinates the project, manages the budget, risks, communication and stakeholders.
Your profile
- Master's degree in economics, management, IT or engineering;
- Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in project management;
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience in Agile methodology is a plus. Project management certification such as PMP is an asset;
- Excellent planning, organization and stakeholder management skills;
- Professional experience ideally in insurance (P&C) and/or software development;
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary internal teams and manage the performance of external service providers;
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Pragmatic spirit and motivation for teamwork;
- Excellent command of French and English.
