Description
- You enjoy meeting clients and providing them with advice. You can respond to their needs both in Teams and in person
- You proactively manage and develop private clients. You guide and advise them and their families to realize their concrete projects in the short and medium term by providing them with solutions
- You equipe, bind clients and also think about the development of the family relationship
- You are part of a dynamic team and together with your colleagues and a team of experts you realize the common objectives of the entity in which you work
- You ensure satisfied customers by being available through all contact channels
- You like to learn, you keep learning and growing. You will be guided by a sales manager who provides regular feedback.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- You have (a first) experience, strong interest and eagerness to work in the banking sector
- You communicate fluently. You enjoy making contacts, building a network of relationships and working as part of a team
- You position yourself as a financial partner of our customers
- You respond calmly to customer inquiries or complaints and you keep your promises
- You are familiar with new technologies and digital tools
- You have a perfect command of Dutch
